Whilst the household was still asleep I managed to get some work done, but before long Boy Wonder was up and racing around. I had hoped for him to have a little lie in but no! After a while he settled in his little hammock that he has made out of a teddy hammock and cocooned himself. Here he stayed and watched TV , singing loudly and rocking.
Super Man took Boy Wonder and Cat Girl down to the park this morning on their bikes whilst I did a bit more work and then prepared dinner . Super Mam saw a family that he knew whilst there and sat talking to the man whilst the children played. Boy Wonder came over after a few minutes with a concerned look on his face and said ' Do you know this man?' Super Man reassured him that he did although said to me later that he thought it was obvious! Clearly not.
On returning home we had lunch and Boy Wonder and Cat Girl played outside with the kittens and some children off of the street. They played nicely until it got a bit dark and then came in for dinner. The Grandparents came round for dinner ( two sets of them ) and Boy Wonder entertained them with his usual joke book reading. It always amuses how he reads them with such a straight face whilst others laugh at them.
We all did some wrapping of gifts for the school Christmas fayre and Cat Girl kept us all going with her insistent tones of ' work harder men, work harder!' Boy Wonder opted out and played on his DS. He did insist on helping though after we had finished do found something to wrap and added it to the pile,
This evening as Cat Girl settled down in bed and Boy Wonder took to creating a picture of One Direction riding a Dolphin in the sea. He added shadows to it and decided to use it for his school home work project. That was easy then!
He settled down and played Mine Craft before bed.
Jokes at this age are very special xx
