A Busy Friday

A quick rush this morning to get up and get everything to the school in preparation for the Christmas Fayre. We arrived at school and parked in the teacher car park and after convincing Boy Wonder that I had permission to do this ( I actually did seek permission!) he calmed and helped me move the boxes into the school with Cat Girl and friends that we spotted waiting to go into school. 

Cat Girl was up got a star award in assembly, Boy Wonder was on the Golden Table for good manners and chose his girlfriend to sit with him  and they both showed certificates and medals. Cat Girl didn't want to stand up in assembly to show her Sumo medal so it was done whilst she sat. Boy Wonder however was happy to talk about his 200 metre swimming certificate!  Cat Girl received her award for excellent letters and sounds work. ( I think that means reading!) 

I arrived back at school to help set up for the school Christmas Fayre. The next four hours were a bit of a blur. It was manic, hectic, loud and lots of fun. Boy Wonder entered into the spirit of it and generally coped fairly well. He had his own wallet so just Went round spending bits of money on random items.

The fayre was good fun but tiring. We stopped off at a chinese takeaway on the way home and then arrived home to chill. 

Boy wonder seemed high yet tetchy this evening. It has been a busy day!!
