Fluffy Cushions!!

Boy Wonder slept with a fluffy cushion last night after deciding that this would help him settle. He fell to sleep at about 10pm which was quite reasonable. When he woke up this morning he stated that the fluffy cushion got him to sleep in ten minutes so by his calculations, having four cushions would get him to sleep in 2 1/2 minutes! Anything is worth a shot as we are looking more sleep deprived and wragged by the day!

At school I spoke to Boy Wonder's teacher about the concerns that he raised yesterday. She explained that there's a lot going on at the moment with Christmas activities and that he wasn't getting the support he usually gets. I explained that he needs it now more than ever . She agreed but it was clear that the resources were not available at this time.

Boy Wonder and Cat Girl went to panto on a school trip today. They arrived back late so they didn't attend clubs. They seemed to enjoy the show and returned very tired.

This evening they both settled upstairs, Boy Wonder with his cushions! He didn't quite settle in 2 1/2 minutes but it wasn't too late either.
