All Change!

Boy Wonder fell to sleep quickly last night. I had only read two pages of the story. I stayed with him throughout the night and despite a lot of jerking and talking in his sleep, he did seem to get some rest.

This morning I was expecting a bright and hyper happy child but I couldn't have been more wrong. Boy Wonder hardly spoke for the first fifteen minutes. He went into the shower and stood there for what seemed an age. No lying down like he usually would. I dried and dressed him and we went downstairs. Cat Girl was ready and downstairs chasing get cat around!

We sorted breakfast and throughout this and getting shoes on ready for school, Boy Wonder started to become very panicky over the slightest request, I.e 'put your shoes on,' and started to hit himself in the face and repeatedly say ' Boy Wonder bad, Boy Wonder naughty.' After a lot of reassurance  He started to settle but it was very apparent that this was bubbling under the surface.

We arrived at school and went into a temporary class room with a supply teacher, which Boy Wonder had been pre warned about. He seemed okay once he had established his seat.

After school club was canceled today so we came straight home and Boy Wonder went upstairs on his lap top until it was time for piano.

As we were due to go, he started to complain of tummy ache and become very panicky about going to Ju Jitsu. We couldn't work out whether he has lost interest or whether it more to do with anxiety.

Boy Wonder's piano lesson wasn't with his usual teacher today but still with someone he knew. Afterwards, he changed for Ju Jitsu with little fuss and said he would go and see how he got on.

Superman picked him up later and he seemed really happy and said that he enjoyed it. He played on Minecraft for a short while. Cat Girl watched tv in bed and then I read with Boy Wonder in bed until he fell to sleep.
